DraftCamera (hereinafter "the App") places the highest priority on user privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used.

2. Information We Collect

The App does not transmit or store any personal information on servers. All data is processed only within your device.

3. Required Permissions and Their Uses

The App uses the following four permissions. All are necessary to provide the App's core functionality.

3.1 Camera Access

  • Purpose: To capture photos
  • Details: Used for displaying camera preview, taking photos, switching between front and rear cameras, zoom functionality, and flash control
  • Data Handling: Camera footage is processed only within the device and is never transmitted externally

3.2 Microphone Access

  • Purpose: To recognize voice commands
  • Details: User voice input is sent to the speech recognition engine to recognize camera operation commands
  • Data Handling: Microphone input is processed in real-time for speech recognition and is not saved as recorded data

3.3 Speech Recognition

  • Purpose: To convert voice commands to text
  • Details: Uses Apple's speech recognition API to recognize voice commands such as "capture," "zoom in," etc.
  • Data Handling: Speech recognition is processed according to Apple's privacy policy. Recognized text is used only within the device and is not transmitted externally

3.4 Photo Library Access

  • Purpose: To save captured photos
  • Details: Photos taken with this app are saved to the device's photo library
  • Data Handling: Saved photos are stored in the user's photo library and are not accessed by the app thereafter

4. Data Storage and Management

  • Captured photos are saved only to the user's device photo library
  • App settings (customized voice commands, etc.) are saved only to local storage within the device
  • The App does not transmit any data to the cloud or servers

5. Third-Party Data Access

The App does not share data with third parties, except for the following:

  • Apple Speech Recognition Service: Voice data is sent to Apple's speech recognition API for voice command recognition. This is processed according to Apple's privacy policy
  • The App does not use advertising networks, analytics tools, or other third-party services

6. Data Security

The App implements the following measures to protect user data:

  • All data processing is completed within the device
  • No data transmission to external servers (except for speech recognition API)
  • App permissions are limited to the minimum necessary

7. Children's Privacy

The App does not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us.

8. Changes to Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as necessary. When changes are made, a new Privacy Policy will be posted on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be updated.
